to be the 2007 Century High School “Patriot Fan of the Year”.

The person nominated above must possess qualities to show a true “Patriot” spirit both in sportsmanship and support at Century High School.  This award is not limited to current Century parents or supporters.  It may include teachers, grandparents, past parents, past students etc.

Please give us a brief description of why you are nominating this person.

Examples may include:  supporting Century High School by attending events, volunteering, support in fundraising or promoting a positive “Patriot” image.

This show of recognition will be presented at the C-Club Booster Bust November 19th.  Nominations will be accepted until fourteen days prior to the C-Club Booster Bust.  Please submit your nomination before November 5, 2007 to:  The C-Club, Century High School,  1000  E.
